This neighborhood restaurant began in the small town of Chalatenango, in the Republic of El Salvador, Central America. In this restaurant, Ana grew up alongside her mother who was the proud owner and cook. Over the years she acquired her mom’s culinary knowledge and spirit of serving others.
Ana, for reasons of third parties, one day decided to emigrate to the United States. Now, with much effort, hard work and sacrifice, Ana has opened her own restaurant in Littleton, CO. and is ready to share her roots and culinary culture.
